When creating pet profiles and posting content on Only Paws, you:

- Retain ownership of the content you post
- The content is accurate and not misleading
- The content does not contain viruses or malicious code
- Grant Only Paws a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with providing our Services
- Warrant that you have the right to post the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights
- Agree not to post content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate
- Accept that we may remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines
4. Marketplace and Purchases
Only Paws may provide a marketplace for pet products and services. When making purchases:
- You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information
- Transactions are processed securely through our payment partners
- Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law
- Business partners are responsible for the products and services they offer including warranty and refunds
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of seller products
- Only Paws acts as a platform provider and is not responsible for business partner actions but Consumer law protections under the Australian Consumer Law apply
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any illegal purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Scrape, data mine, or use automated systems to access our Services
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
6. Termination

Only Paws operates on a subscription-only model. We do not charge commission on transactions between Partners and members — they transact directly.
- Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance unless paid upfront at a discounted rate
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- No refunds for partial months
- Price changes notified 30 days in advance
4. Customer Service
Partners, as a seller, you are responsible for:
- Responding to customer enquiries within fair and reasonable turnaround times
- Fulfilling orders as described and in a timely manner
- Handling returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
- Resolving disputes professionally and promptly
- Maintaining appropriate levels of customer service
Returns and Refunds
You must comply with Australian Consumer Law regarding:

5. Verification and Standards
Only Paws maintains verification standards for business partners with annual audit checks.

The "Only Paws Verified" badge indicates that a business has completed our verification process. This signifies compliance with Only Paws standards, not a recommendation or guarantee of service quality.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
Only Paws may suspend or terminate seller accounts for:
- Violation of these Seller Terms
- Misrepresentation of products or services
- Consistently poor customer feedback
- Failure to maintain required licences or insurance
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of Australian Consumer Law
7. Liability
Only Paws acts as a platform connecting Partners with members. We are not responsible for:
- The quality of products or services provided by Partners
- Transactions between Partners and members
- Disputes between Partners and members (though we may facilitate resolution)
- Loss or damage arising from Partner actions
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Seller Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and posted on the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
