  • Retain ownership of the content you post
  • The content is accurate and not misleading
  • The content does not contain viruses or malicious code
  • Grant Only Paws a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with providing our Services
  • Warrant that you have the right to post the content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Agree not to post content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or inappropriate
  • Accept that we may remove content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines

4. Marketplace and Purchases

Only Paws may provide a marketplace for pet products and services. When making purchases:

  • Transactions are processed securely through our payment partners

  • Business partners are responsible for the products and services they offer including warranty and refunds

  • Only Paws acts as a platform provider and is not responsible for business partner actions but Consumer law protections under the Australian Consumer Law apply

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code

  • Scrape, data mine, or use automated systems to access our Services

  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Price changes notified 30 days in advance

4. Customer Service

Partners, as a seller, you are responsible for:

  • Responding to customer enquiries within fair and reasonable turnaround times
  • Fulfilling orders as described and in a timely manner
  • Handling returns and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
  • Resolving disputes professionally and promptly
  • Maintaining appropriate levels of customer service

Returns and Refunds
