Only Paws is Australia's ultimate pet platform — a community-driven space where pet lovers can connect, share, shop, and play. We're building a complete ecosystem for pet owners including social features, marketplace, health tracking, gaming, and more.

When will Only Paws launch?

We're currently in soft launch phase! Join our waitlist to be among the first 300 members to receive 6 months of Pro membership absolutely FREE. We'll keep you updated on our official launch date with feature release dates.

Is Only Paws available outside Australia?

Can I switch membership tiers?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What is the Soft Launch Special?

What is Paw Prestige?

What features will be available at launch?

At launch, Only Paws will include: Pet Profiles & Avatars, Connect-Paw (social features), Paw-Haus (marketplace), Pet Commons (community spaces), Health & Planning tools, and Open Paws World (gaming). We're also developing the Innovation Lab with exciting future features!

Can businesses join Only Paws?

Is there a mobile app?

We're launching with a web-first platform that's fully mobile-responsive. Native iOS and Android apps are in development and will be released following our official launch.

How do I create an account?

Can I have multiple pets on one account?

Yes! You can create profiles for all your pets. Premium and Family memberships allow for multiple pet profiles with additional features for each.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. We respect your right to control your data.

You can reach our support team through our Contact page. Basic members get email support, while Pro, Premium, and Family members receive priority support with faster response times.

Where can I report a bug or suggest a feature?
